Editorial policy

The rules Parole de RH follows to publish reliable and verifiable HR information.

Official sources, cited and dated

Parole de RH articles rely first on public and official sources:

  • Service-Public and Entreprendre.Service-Public for the French administration’s practical guides.
  • LĂ©gifrance for the Labour Code, laws, decrees and agreements.
  • The CNIL for employee and candidate data protection.
  • Urssaf and net-entreprises for contributions and social declarations.
  • European institutions for directives and regulations.

Each article lists its sources with a link and the date they were consulted.

No invented information

  • No figure is published without a source that can be consulted.
  • No quote is attributed to a person without a published and traceable source.
  • No study, report or organisation is cited without a verifiable link.
  • When a piece of information could not be verified, it is not published.

Updated articles

Employment law changes. Each article shows its publication date and, where relevant, its update date. Amounts and thresholds are those in force on the date the sources were consulted.

Parole de RH content is for general information. It does not replace personalised advice. A collective agreement, a company agreement or an employment contract may set rules that differ from those presented. For a specific situation, readers should refer to the applicable texts, the labour inspectorate or a legal professional.

Independence

Parole de RH is an independent website. If sponsored content or an affiliate link were ever published, it would be clearly labelled as such.

Reporting an error
